Where everybody knows your name.

Tonight made me feel a lot better about my current life situation. I showed up at Harveys and the bartender had one of my favorite beers ready for me without asking and said, "here you go cutie". It is funny how such little things like that make you feel better about things.

After a few drinks there, I went to The Metro and talked to a guy who just came out to his parents on Thanksgiving and said that I was really good looking, sure he was gay, but it still made me feel good, it has been a while since anybody has said anything nice to me like that.

When we left after last call, we decided to go back to Harveys to see if some friends were still up there, and we got a couple free drinks at 2:00am, and talked to a few friends.

Even though life seems pretty crappy right now, tonight was a great time and will help me make it through the next week or two. Which I need very badly right now.
